  • Tickets are available for booking through this website or at the entrance (unless we are at capacity). Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored.

  • Yes, unless we are at capacity. The best way to guarantee entry is to book online in advance.

    Bus and Oversized Vechle/Vendor Parking

    I’ve attached a quick maps markup of the unloading zones near the museum. The parking garages close enough for field trip unloading do not have clearance for large vehicle access.

    Union parking: on the right both pre- (by USBC entrance/jimmy johns sign) and post-5th ave has availability for unloading/loading. The alley on the left side (of 5th) is commonly available, as well as an unloading zone in front of blue water taco.

  • The experience should typically last between 45 and 90 minutes.

  • Yes, we are wheelchair accessible.

  • No, food and drinks are not allowed in the museum.

  • As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unable to make your reservation time, we are more than happy to reschedule you to a new date. Additionally, merchandise items cannot be exchanged.

  • Tickets can be rescheduled if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. However, ticket availability for alternate dates is not guaranteed and is subject to a first come, first serve basis. For any questions or rescheduling, feel free to contact us at [email protected].

  • Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!
