Tickets are available for booking through this website or at the entrance (unless we are at capacity), starting from Friday, June 28th. Tickets purchased on unauthorized websites or through scalpers will not be honored.

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, all tickets are final sale and non-refundable. If you are unable to make your reservation time, we are more than happy to reschedule you to a new date. Additionally, merchandise items cannot be exchanged.

Tickets can be rescheduled if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. However, ticket availability for alternate dates is not guaranteed and is subject to a first come, first serve basis. For any questions or rescheduling, feel free to contact us at info@moiseattle.com.

Tickets are not required for children who are ages four and younger. They can enter MOI for free!
